Everything you need to know to accept, manage, and complete deliveries using the FlashTheSloth Couriers App.
Follow these steps exactly for every delivery task.
When a new delivery task is dispatched, you have one minute to accept it through the app. Act fast — declining or missing the window negatively impacts your courier credit score and delays future task availability.
After accepting, your task status changes to Assigned. Head immediately to the "Collect At" location shown in the app and arrive on time.
Once you have received the order from the restaurant or business, tap "Confirm Collected" in the app. This updates the task status to Collected and notifies all parties.
Tap "Drive to Customer" in the app. This notifies the recipient that their order is on its way and updates the delivery status to En Route.
Upon arriving at the customer's location, tap "Arrive At Customer Place" to update your status. Wait for the customer to come out or buzz you in. The app will reflect your Arrived status.
When the customer has accepted their order, tap "Confirm Delivered". Your earnings for this delivery are instantly deposited to your account. The task is complete.
Couriers must request a POS machine from restaurants to collect customer payments. Always confirm the POS machine supports wireless outdoor use before your shift.
Before using the POS machine outdoors, verify it has wireless capability. A non-connected POS machine cannot process payments and will delay your delivery.
Always run the latest version of the FlashTheSloth Couriers App. Updates include bug fixes, new features, and improvements to notification delivery.
